Welcome to Ngahinapouri School

Ngahinapouri School, founded in 1877, is a country school situated 17km southwest of Hamilton city.  We are a full primary catering for 5 to 13-year-old children in years 1 to 8.

We currently have approximately 160 students taught in eight classrooms including the centre - a modern learning environment that combines 3 traditional teaching areas. Our school community is made up of farmers, lifestyle block owners, and local village/district residents.
